Our organic almond flour is produced exclusively from European almonds. The blanched almond kernels are finely ground to create a light, white to ivory-colored almond flour with a fine-grained texture of no more than 2 mm.
The almond flour has a pleasantly nutty and aromatic flavor and is highly versatile. It is particularly well-suited for cakes, pastries, pancakes, and other baked goods, as well as for desserts, creams, muesli, and porridge. It can also be used to refine savory dishes and various mixtures.
With 9.9 g of fiber and 21.4 g of protein per 100 g, almond flour is also rich in fiber and a natural source of protein.
