Bio Blaumohn aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau mit nussig-süsslichem Geschmack und charakteristischer blauschwarzer Farbe. Die kleinen, runden Samen eignen sich besonders für Brot, Brötchen, Kuchen, Schnecken, Desserts und andere süsse oder herzhafte Backwaren.
Blaumohn besitzt eine feine, kleinkörnige Struktur und wird als ganze Saat verwendet. Die Samen lassen sich direkt in Teige einarbeiten, als Topping verwenden oder für Füllungen und Desserts frisch gemahlen beziehungsweise gequetscht verarbeiten.
