Our light organic carob powder is made from carefully selected carob pods. The pods are finely ground and then sifted to create a uniform, fine powder.
Carob has a pleasantly mild and naturally sweet taste and can be used in a similar way to cocoa powder. It is suitable for cakes, pastries, creams, puddings, smoothies, plant-based drinks, and various breakfast dishes.
