Our fine organic oat flakes come from certified organic cultivation and are a whole grain product. The entire grain, including the germ and outer layers, is preserved during production.

Preparation: For porridge, boil 1 part oat flakes with about 5 parts water, milk, or a plant-based alternative. Stir well and let it sit for 3–5 minutes. Add more flakes or liquid depending on your desired consistency. Refine to taste with fresh fruit, applesauce, cinnamon, or chocolate chips.
