Bio Sesam geschält aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau mit mildem, angenehm nussigem Geschmack. Die hellen, flachen Samen eignen sich vielseitig für Brot und Gebäck, Salate, Bowls, Saucen, Desserts und die asiatische Küche.
Die Sesamsamen werden geschält und anschliessend schonend getrocknet. Dadurch erhalten sie ihre typische elfenbeinfarbene bis hellbeige Farbe und einen besonders milden, feinen Geschmack.
Geschälter Sesam lässt sich sowohl roh als auch geröstet verwenden. Durch kurzes trockenes Anrösten wird das nussige Aroma intensiver und eignet sich besonders gut für Toppings, Saucen, Tahini und Gewürzmischungen.
