Our organic raw cane sugar is obtained from organically grown sugar cane from Laos. The cream-colored to beige crystals contain a small amount of molasses, which gives the sugar its characteristic, slightly caramelly aroma.
With its fine grain size of 0.3–0.8 mm, the sugar is easy to measure and distributes evenly in doughs, creams, and drinks. It is excellent for baking cakes, cookies, bread, and yeast pastries.
Raw cane sugar is also versatile for use in desserts, muesli, yogurt, and fruit preparations. Thanks to its good solubility, it is also suitable for sweetening tea, coffee, and cold drinks.
Usage: Use to sweeten food and drinks to taste, or measure according to the quantities specified in the respective baking recipe.
